Letter: Klippert was great help when needed

When I was taken advantage of by a Benton County company, I contacted Brad Klippert. His response was quick. He said he’d hold a meeting about my situation in the morning. Before I knew it, I had about six different agencies and departments working to help me. I didn’t have to seek out any of them. Brad coordinated it all. He went out of his way to help me and even gave me personal access to his direct assistant for months. Brad is rad!
