Letter: Corps right owner for Columbia Park

Regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Do not turn over the control of the Columbia River Park to the Tri-Cities, they will just commercialize it for money! It needs to be kept the pristine beautiful park in the great state of Washington. Do not let the Tri-Cities ruin such a beautiful place to enjoy the geese, pelicans and river the way it is meant to be.
