Letter: Chemical damage

The Hanford area has some amazing chemical, etc., exposures that can literally eat up the front part of the brain where seven or more functions reside … especially in making good decisions.

Toxic brain disease can cause anxiety, depression and personality changes. It is not a bad thing to have a brain MRI, no dye.

We personally know of a few men who have endured this problem..

The attorneys handling cases where these men have made poor choices in computer viewing and behavior and end up in court and or jail need to factor in toxic brain disease.

Let us not be ignorant of the above problem and treat these men and their families as outcasts. Mercy is called for. The brain can be healed and return to normal and the personality change can be healed.

Jail does not solve the problem.
