Letter: Thumbs up to Richland’s Christmas lights

A big thank you to the city of Richland on the beautiful Christmas light display at John Dam Plaza and up and down some of our main streets.

While driving at night, my husband and I will even go out of our way to go by The Plaza just to see the lights. Great job Richland.
