Letter: Guns do kill people, so it’s time for more control

Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.

So we’ve heard, but the gun certainly helps.

The argument that guns themselves do no harm is just a lie.

Despite needing to go through tests to use a gun, anyone can get their hands on a gun. It may be the person’s choice on what happens with that gun, but the gun is all they really need to hurt someone seriously.

Gun control should be strict and prevent any more tragedies from happening.

These are human lives, not a bunch of wild deer.

We should be protected and save others from suffering from unfair fate, just because one trigger happy psycho decided it was open season on people.
