Letter: Time for special counsel to look at Clinton, Uranium One

I am constantly in search for stories that don’t seem to make the TCH. Among the many is the sale of 20 percent of the U.S. uranium production to Russia without the knowledge of Congress. Somehow during this process, the Clinton’s personally enriched themselves and the Clinton Foundation received $145 million. The foundation is an organization with exceptionally high overhead costs. Democrats claimed “no foul” because transit permits were not issued.

Or the “Trump Dossier” being funded by the DNC and the Clinton Campaign. If one removes the middle entities, payments were made directly to Russian operatives. A crime. And the dossier may have been used as a primary document in the Trump campaign investigation.

Or Donna Brazile’s discovery of the Clinton Campaign seizing control of the DNC well before Hillary’s nomination. Elizabeth Warren is now calling foul.

Or the politicization of Loretta Lynch’s office. James Comey believed the AG compromised herself and assumed authority not authorized by the law. His finding was extreme negligence, but no intent. Statutes don’t require intent.

Maybe it’s time for another special counsel.
