Letter: Thanks for all the records

Heather Kinzley has to be the best asset the Kennewick schools have.

While I was running for Richland City Council, she was always willing to help with my public records requests.

And all that I wanted to know about was city zoning.

Mrs. Reenzt and Mrs. Kinzley were always there.
