Letter: Can’t rescind car tab, so take back Richland council
Ironic, isn’t it, that the first three items on the ballot read, “The legislature increased, without a vote of the people ... [a] tax ...”
But isn’t that exactly what the Richland City Council did with the new car tab fee? The only difference being we don’t get the opportunity to rescind their tax as we do with the ones on the ballot. Bear that in mind when considering to vote for the council’s incumbents this time around.
