Letter: Williams ready for challenge of Richland council
I would like to express my support of Rhoda Williams for Richland City Council Position 1.
She is unique to the Richland council and determined to face a challenge head on and conquer it. Her desire to preserve this community and its land is immeasurable and refreshing. She exhibits an understanding of historical areas yet knows that development is essential to our city's growth and expansion. I feel that being a small business owner gives her a smarter edge.
