Letter: Vote Ken Lattin for sheriff

It is with great pleasure I recommend Ken Lattin for the position of Benton County sheriff. I have known Ken for the past four years both professionally and personally. During this time I’ve witnessed his dedication to not only law enforcement but the community at large.

Ken has many personal traits that will serve him well as sheriff. He truly feels everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and shows that in his daily life. Ken sets high standards for himself and others both personally and professionally. His ability to effectively work and communicate with others is some of his strongest attributes. Through looking back at all of Ken’s accomplishments, it’s evident how ethical, caring, and committed he truly is to have come so far.

His efforts in volunteering at events such as Special Olympics, The Columbia Cowboy Gathering, and local Alzheimer’s Organization are a few ways in which he has given back to the community. His service in law enforcement associations has given him the experience to successfully fulfill the Benton County sheriff’s position.
