Letter: Lattin best candidate for sheriff
There are many reasons that I believe Ken Lattin is the right candidate, and here are a few key reasons. He is a longtime Tri-Cities resident with a vision to make all of Benton County a better and safer community to live in. He has worked as a police officer for almost 30 years, spending the majority of his time with the Kennewick Police Department where he currently is a sergeant. He is honest and shows integrity in all aspects of his life.
I had the opportunity to participate in two days of team building exercises though his company “Team Integrity Training,” and the sessions were well-planned, challenging, engaging, and thought-provoking, which brought out the best in all of the participants. He values his family and friends and puts everyone ahead of himself. I believe that strength of character and ability to help people are the primary reasons he chose to pursue a career in law enforcement.
I have known Ken for many years both personally and professionally, and I’m proud to call him my friend. Please vote for the best candidate, which is Ken Lattin as Benton County sheriff.
