Letter: Lattin needs your vote in November

Over the past year, we have been able to get to know Ken Lattin and had the chance to speak with him about his ideas and goals when elected for Benton County sheriff. He has 28 years of law enforcement experience and has lived in Benton County for 48 years.

Ken’s priority is our community and keeping us safe. He wants to improve the community’s relationship with the sheriff’s office and he has the skills to reach out to people and build a collaboration. He has promised to be accountable to the public, our elected officials, and our law enforcement partners and to the men and women of the sheriff’s office through partnering with the media and using social media to stay in contact with the residents of Benton County.

He also has promised to continue finding ways to care for people suffering with mental illness to continuing to make improvements to the Benton County jail.

Ken needs your vote in November!
