Letter: Why are trucks allowed to block traffic?
I am curious as to why semi trucks that have no deliveries in the Tri-Cities are allowed to drive through here on Highway 395? And why are they permitted to drive side-by-side, blocking traffic from Pasco all the way through Kennewick and continuing towards Umatilla?
