Letter: No Duportail bridge
The city of Richland should not have the right to put a car tab fee on residents. The people should be able to vote on this.
They should work on the streets in Richland first. They have wasted money on the roundabouts that we didn’t need. If these council people all vote for a tab fee, then it will be time for us to vote them out.
They don’t have a right to do this.
