Letter: OK to pick and choose which laws to obey?

Washington’s Gov. Jay Inslee seems to think it is OK to pick and choose what laws should be obeyed.

His recent executive order bars state employees from assisting the feds in the enforcement of civil immigration laws, according to published reports.

Will he allow all residents of Washington state the same latitude?
