Letter: Toll only fair way to pay for new Duportail bridge
There are drivers that will never use the proposed Duportail bridge in Richland, yet still be charged a tab fee.
The only fair way to pay is by use. A toll would make it fair for all who are in need or not. I know I do not need to make use. Do you?
