Letter: Richland needs proper traffic light at Swift and Wright
I will be more inclined to support the upcoming $99 million school levy when the city of Richland commits to installing a proper traffic light at the intersection of Swift and Wright. The traffic at that intersection has increased markedly over the last 60 years.
