Letter: Junk on the streets in Richland
Why is it taking so long to get a couch off of Thayer Street? Richland code enforcement has been called many times in the last three months. It’s on the city street and it is a hazard. Have a city crew pick it up and take to the landfill.
People need to look around to see how much junk is on our streets. The city wants to make everything nice to attract outsiders. They need to get people to be responsible for their stuff in their yards and on the street.
