Letter: Thanks to Richland for lovely Christmas decorations
We would like to thank the city of Richland for the really lovely Christmas decorations. John Dam Plaza and trees along George Washington Way were just beautiful. The trees decorated around Uptown were also beautiful.
The beautification of our city is important to all residents. We truly appreciate them making this wonderful effort.
