Letter: Steptoe traffic circle designers should drive through it at rush hour
I sincerely hope that the individual or individuals who designed the “improvements” to the Steptoe traffic circle, get to drive through it at least once a day, during rush hour, so that he or she can fully enjoy their handiwork.
