Letter: Herald gave only one side of Arlene’s Flowers story

Once again the Tri-City Herald gives only one side of a news story. You reported how the gay couple in the Arlene’s Flowers case has “weathered hurtful criticism,” but nothing about how Barronelle Stutzman has been criticized, condemned and threatened because she is following her religious belief (“Supreme Court to hear Arlene’s Flowers case,” TCH, Nov. 15).

It doesn’t take 200 words to say that popular opinion and the Tri-City Herald are the really good and correct views of this situation because anything gay is right and anyone who doesn’t believe in the appropriateness of a gay marriage is not right.
