Letter: Bible is becoming irrelevant to many people

In response to Joy Rasch’s letter, “Abortion controls amount to religious dictatorship,” TCH, Nov. 15.

Yes, we all do have our rights. But it’s not so much about our rights to have abortions, lead a gay life, or what have you, as it is that the Bible, in minds of so many liberal thinking people, is becoming irrelevant!

God does not change. His Word is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and because we have the right to do these things, doesn’t make it right in His eyes.

As you have stated: “The Constitution requires that everyone’s viewpoints must be respected.” So please respect mine and those of your “religious dictatorship.” As far as dictatorship is concerned, I feel, as I’m sure many others feel, that liberal dictatorship” is far more increasing!
