In government, key people with 20 years of experience and trust relationships use their phones, and order pizza till the job gets done. Predictably “firing” the top people causes the secondary managers to freeze up and document defensively: slowly, to the letter of the extensive regulations.
Clinton has key people and trust relationships from more than 30 years’ experience. Trump’s got none of these, but he promises to be really expensive for you.
