Letter: Elect judges who do not believe in judicial activism

All across this country, our freedoms are being eroded by activist judges who do not uphold and protect our constitutional rights. In Washington state, and right here in the Tri-Cities, we have a great opportunity to elect judges who support our federal and state constitutions and do not believe in judicial activism.

For these reasons, I urge you to vote for David DeWolf, Greg Zempel and Dave Larson for the state Supreme Court. For Benton-Franklin County Superior Court, vote for Joe Burrowes and Alicia Berry. For the Court of Appeals, vote for Patrick McBurney.

These well-qualified candidates will help restore your faith and trust in our judicial system.
