I strongly support Sam Swanberg for Superior Court judge. I have observed Sam as opposing counsel on domestic and criminal cases over the last 12 years. I worked with Sam as one of the public defenders serving in Benton County.
Sam understands the law and is a zealous advocate for his clients. He has 23 years of trial experience representing thousands of clients. He has taken more than 100 cases to trial. This trial experience makes Sam the right candidate for Superior Court judge.
As Franklin County’s prosecuting attorney, I want a judge who can be fair and make decisions that will be upheld on appeal. Protecting the constitutional rights of the accused while considering victims’ rights is an important balance on the bench. Sam has the experience to understand the complexity of these cases. The Benton and Franklin Bar Association voted Sam as the best candidate for Superior Court judge, as Sam has the legal temperament and experience needed for the job.
