I have had the privilege of working with Joe for the past 12 years at Benton County District Court. Joe has a passion for justice that shines through in his courtroom. Every case that comes before him is treated with the individual attention that it deserves. He tempers his decisions with fairness and a thorough respect for the law. People in Joe’s courtroom are treated as members of society with lives and families, not just case numbers.
His extensive proficiency on the bench would make him an exceptional Superior Court judge. He has the skills that would easily transfer from District Court to Superior Court.
