Letter: Vote Sam Swanberg for Superior Court

I would like to add my voice to those supporting Sam Swanberg for Superior Court judge.

I have known Sam for six years and he is honest, fair, hardworking and smart. He understands the fine balance between preserving the law and doing what is best for the individual.

Sam’s goal is not to rewrite laws from the bench. He believes in interpreting the Constitution. At the same time, he is an empathetic and humane man.

His experience as an attorney in Superior Court cases gives him an intimate understanding of how the court runs, and insight into running an efficient court. His peers in the legal field, as well as several judges and many other organizations have recognized his ability and endorsed him for the position.

I hope others will join me in voting for Sam Swanberg in November.
