Letter: We need a judge with Sam Swanberg’s experience
As a former Superior Court administrator, I have worked with all the former judges and am familiar with the traits necessary for a judicial candidate. Sam Swanberg is that person. He is a man of integrity, character and discipline. He is always fair and listens to all sides of an issue before making a decision, and he doesn’t have a problem making the tough decisions while following the laws. He has been an attorney for over 23 years, and has dealt with many different types of cases during that time.
I have also been paralegal to Sam for many years and I know him as a hard worker, who is dedicated to providing the best representation for all of his clients. I know him both as a boss and as a personal friend. He has support from all the prosecuting attorneys, as well as many others in both parties because of his experience and knowledge. Superior Court needs a judge with his qualifications.
He is the only candidate truly qualified for this position. Please join with me in voting for Sam Swanberg for Superior Court judge, position 2. We need a judge who has the experience Sam has.
