Letter: Re-elect Judge Alex Ekstrom

Good judges rule correctly on issues of law in the myriad cases they face. Judge Alex Ekstrom has done that and is an excellent judge. His opponent seems confused between personal beliefs and licenses. One may believe anything but must still practice within the requirements of whatever license they hold. Requiring a licensee to follow the law is not “micromanaging the smallest details of our daily lives” but is the essential element of a society ruled by law.
