The advisory was in place for Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Washington.
"Winds have mostly dropped below advisory thresholds, so the Wind Advisory will be allowed to expire at 11 p.m. this evening. Breezy to locally windy conditions will continue overnight, especially for wind-prone locations," states the NWS Pendleton OR.
The advisory is in effect until 11 p.m.
