The advisory was in place for Adams, Lincoln, Spokane and Whitman counties.
"The blowing dust that prompted the advisory has dissipated. Therefore, the dust advisory will be allowed to expire," states the NWS Spokane WA.
The advisory is in effect until 11 a.m.
