The advisory had been issued for Spokane County.
"The Flood Advisory will expire at 7:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of Northeast Washington, including Spokane county. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to take caution around any minor ponding or flooding," says the NWS Spokane WA.
The advisory is in effect until 7:15 p.m.
