Freeze watch affecting Moses Lake area Saturday - temperatures to dip to 29

A freeze watch was issued by the NWS Spokane WA on Thursday at 11:18 p.m. valid for Saturday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Moses Lake area.

The NWS informs, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 degrees possible."

"Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered," adds the NWS. "Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold."
