Tires tracks from passing vehicles are easily seen on West 36th Avenue near South Vancouver Street early Friday morning following an overnight dusting of snow in south Kennewick and around the Tri-Cities.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for more patchy freezing fog around the Mid-Columbia on Saturday but with partly sunny skies during the day.
