All day, Longview Fire Department's Hole-In-One Golf, Lake Sacajawea.
9 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m., kids festival, Lake Sacajawea.
10 a.m.-9 p.m., food vendors open, Hemlock Plaza.
10 a.m.-9 p.m., marketplace vendors open, Nichols Boulevard.
Noon-10 p.m., carnival, in front of R.A. Long High School.
5:30-7:30 p.m., cardboard boat regatta races, Martin Dock.
8-9 p.m., Karaoke finals, Martin Dock.

Noon-10 p.m., carnival, in front of R.A. Long High School.
Noon-3 p.m., timber show preliminaries, Kessler Boulevard and Louisiana Street.
3-10 p.m., Longview Pioneer Lions' Spirits of Longview beer garden (ages 21+ only), Cowlitz County Event Center.
4-7 p.m., timber show main event, Kessler Boulevard and Louisiana Street.
5-10:30 p.m., live entertainment, Martin Dock, with Kill the Headlights from 5-6:30 p.m., Baird Creek from 7-8:30 p.m. and a Fleetwood Mac tribute band from 9-10:30 p.m.
6 p.m., Longview Parks and Recreation's Firecracker 5K run or walk, $12 per person and free for ages 8 and under with a participating adult, Hemlock Plaza, Lake Sacajawea. Register online at www.facebook.com/LongviewRecreation.
Saturday, July 4

9:45 a.m., Cowlitz Valley Runners' Go Fourth One Mile Walk/Run, $15 per person for preregistration and $25 for same-day entry, starts in front of the Monticello Hotel. Register online at www.facebook.com/RunCowlitz. Participants can also donate to the local nonprofit Helping Every Veteran in Need when registering.
10 a.m.-11 p.m., food vendors open, Hemlock Plaza.
