Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office requests information on missing woman

The Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office is requesting information on Lori Moore, a missing person who has not been seen since Friday.

Moore's family reported her missing on Saturday when she did not return home after visiting an acquaintance in Castle Rock. She also missed a planned Father's Day event with her family, according to a sheriff's office press release.

Family members reported that Moore, 55, has a medical condition affecting her heart.

Detectives contacted the acquaintance and obtained footage of her leaving the Castle Rock address at 9:25 Friday in her black 2018 Honda Accord, the sheriff's office reported.

Her last known location, based on cellular records, was traveling southbound on Interstate 5 near exit 48 at 9:31 p.m. Friday.

Since June 19, there has been no activity on Moore's phone, credit cards or online accounts, and she has not shown up for work, the sheriff's office reported.

Anyone with information about her disappearance is asked to contact Detective Jason Hammer or Detective Ryan Plank at 360-577-3092 regarding case number A26-13201.
