That’s why many people spend hours browsing vacation rental sites including Airbnb and Vrbo.

Scrolling through dream destinations and saving rental listings for later can set a plan in action, or serve as motivation to save up for your next trip.

To help vacationers plan their stays, Airbnb recently went in search of the most in-demand listings in every state.

What is the most in-demand Airbnb in Washington state?

According to Airbnb, the Washington property that’s been added to the most wish lists is a rustic treehouse in North Bend. It’s hosted by Erica and Tim, who have been Airbnb hosts for six years, according to the site.

The one-bedroom home ranks in the top 10% of homes on Airbnb, according to the vacation rental site.

It’s a “whimsical treehouse escape” with an outdoor soaking tub, a wraparound deck with a propane fire pit and forest views, Airbnb said.

“Soak in nature, sleep in the trees, and enjoy cozy movie nights on a 100-inch projector,” the listing says, describing the treehouse as “peaceful, private and perfect for two.”

With 219 reviews, the listing has an average score of 4.95 out of 5 stars, earning it the title of “guest favorite.”

What are amenities at North Bend treehouse?

Despite its remote forest location, the North Bend treehouse is insulated and heated, according to the Airbnb listing.

It’s connected to electricity and comes with a small kitchenette and additional outdoor cooking space. Drinking water is provided.

The treehouse features a main floor with a bathroom and a loft area with a queen-sized bed that’s only accessible by ladder. The bathroom has a composing toilet and pump sink.

There is also an outdoor shower.

For safety reasons, guests under age 12 are not allowed. Pets are welcome, but will not be able to get to the lofted area.

How much does it cost to stay at King County property?

The cost of your stay will depend on certain details, such as the day you visit.

The listing has a two-night minimum.

As of Friday, May 1, a two-night weekday stay in early May costs $582, including all fees. Adding on a single pet raises the cost to $640.

It’s cheaper to reserve a date further out. A weekday stay in mid-June cost $553 for two nights.

Weekend stays are a popular option at the treehouse. The next weekend available for booking isn’t until August.

Two nights would cost $651, as of Friday.

A weekend stay in late Septembers cost $586 for two nights.

What add-ons are available at this popular WA Airbnb?

Want to enhance your experience at the North Bend treehouse? You can add a mycology immersion experience for $300, Airbnb said.

Host Tim, a former mycologist for the U.S. Forest Service, offers insights into the world of mushrooms, according to the listing.

You can get access to a “rare and extensive mycology library with guided readings” as well as mushroom treats and charcuterie, according to the listing.

You’ll also enjoy a sauna experience with a mycology audio session, light breakfast, discussions on mushrooms and recommended films for the treehouse projector, among other perks.
