Senate candidate to hold town hall during Republican convention in Pasco

Chris Vance, candidate for the Republican nomination for the U.S. Senate seat held by Patty Murray, will hold a town hall meeting during the Washington Republican Convention this week.

Vance, a Washington lawmaker and former King County Council member, is holding a series of eight town hall meetings to meet with voters. The Tri-City gathering is 5 to 6 p.m., May 19 at the Holiday Inn Express, 4525 Convention Place, Pasco.

Vance will make a brief opening statement then take questions from the audience. The session will be streamed live on Facebook.

The Washington State Republican Convention is May 18-21 at the TRAC center in Pasco. Delegates will finalize the party’s platform during the gathering.
