Seven dead in blast in China's Guangxi region

BEIJING - Seven have died from a blast in China's southwestern Guangxi region, a notice from local authorities showed, which also said an investigation was ongoing after ruling out gas pipelines issues as the cause.

Seventeen more were injured and taken to hospital, the notice said, adding that none of the injuries were life-threatening.
