North Korea's Kim inspects new nuclear material plant, urges expansion of arsenal, KCNA says

SEOUL - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected a newly operational nuclear material production facility, state media KCNA said on Thursday.

Kim said output capacity had more than doubled in recent years and called for further expansion of nuclear capabilities under a new long-term plan, KCNA reported.
