Rubio tells NBC that US hopes to get positive response from China on case of Jimmy Lai and others

WASHINGTON - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview broadcast on Thursday that the United States is hoping for a positive response from China on U.S. appeals for the release of jailed media tycoon Jimmy Lai and others.
