President Trump's July 4 speech in Washington: how to watch live
President Donald Trump will help warm up the crowd ahead of a massive Fourth of July fireworks display in Washington.
Admittedly, the crowd will probably be plenty warmed with temperatures in the Nation's capital expected to reach 101 on Saturday, July 4. Regardless of the heat, Trump promised earlier in the week to deliver "a really long speech just to show that I can do anything."
Trump's July 4 speech comes after a daylong Salute to America Celebration, organized by the Freedom 250 group, formed under the president's direction. The event, which kicked off at 1 p.m. ET, includes flyovers and aerial demonstrations, plus musical performances, including from the Joint Armed Forces Orchestra, and national speakers.
It will be Trump's second speech in as many days. The president spoke at Mount Rushmore on Friday, July 3, ahead of a fireworks display.

Trump is scheduled to speak about 9:45 p.m. ET, according to Freedom 250. He has described the event as a "rally."
Afterward, he will attend what Freedom 250 bills as the "World's Largest Fireworks Display," scheduled to begin at 10:30 p.m. ET.
During the fireworks show, expected to last about 40 minutes, the group plans to launch 850,000 fireworks shells from 10 sites around Washington, including the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, Potomac River barges and West Potomac Park.
How to watch the president's speech at the National Mall
If you can't attend the speech and Salute to America Celebration in person, you can watch the livestream. Freedom 250 will be livestreaming the festivities, including Trump's speech and the fireworks show online, at Freedom250.org and on Freedom 250's YouTube channel.
ABC News is scheduled to stream the speech on its website, too, and it's likely other network sites will as well.
