Where can you watch fireworks in Atlanta for July 4th? Try these 5 spots

From backyard barbecues to elaborate firework displays, Americans across the country will be honoring the nation with parties, snacks and more on Saturday for the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.

Atlanta is no exception.

Fourth of July celebrations kicked off at the end of the week, but there are a few good spots to catch some fireworks around the city this weekend.

Check out these spots for fireworks displays in Atlanta.

Buckhead

Fireworks will light up the sky above Lenox Square on July 3, 2026 following a performance by DMC of Run DMC. The concert is free, and begins at 8:30 p.m.

Chamblee

Gates for the Chamblee Fourth of July event held in Downtown Chamblee will open at 6:30 p.m. on July 4, and includes live music from Grammy award-winner Robin Thicke. Fireworks will be displayed starting at dusk.

Decatur

The Pied Piper Parade in downtown Decatur during the day on July 4 will make way for live music and a fireworks show starting around 9 p.m. in the Decatur Square.

Atlanta Braves at Truist Park

A massive Braves block party will take place in Truist Park on Saturday, with flyovers, baseball, fireworks and more.

The Atlanta Braves will play on the fourth, complete with live performances, a motorcycle stunt performance, a cannon display and other activities.

Six Flags over Georgia

The Fourth of July holiday will be celebrated from July 3 to 5 for Star-Spangled Nights at Six Flags over Georgia.

Each night will include fireworks at 9:30 p.m. along with park access, food, special cocktails, stilt walkers, percussion groups and other live entertainment.
