Trump says he will lift tariffs and restrictions on Scotland-Kentucky whiskey ties

April 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he would be removing tariffs and restrictions related to Scotland's ability to work with the state of Kentucky on whiskey and bourbon.
