PNNL researcher is chosen as engineer of the year
Judith Ann Bamberger received the 2015 Tri-Cities Engineer of the Year Award at a recent banquet. The award recognizes technical contributions, society involvement and humanitarian activities.
Bamberger is a senior research engineer in the Experimental Fluid Mechanics department of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland.
During the past three years, Bamberger completed her Ph.D., was recognized as an ASME Fellow and joined the board of the nonprofit Camerata Musica.
In addition, she has published symposia for the Fluids Engineering Division, served as the leader of the North American Pacific District, and supported student and early career engineer development on the board of the ASME Students and Early Career Development Sector.
