Cecilio Garza

Cecilio Garza, 100, of Outlook, died Aug. 28 in Sunnyside.

He was born in La Congregacion Garza Rancho San Ramon, Mexico, and was a longtime Lower Valley resident.

He was a retired farmer.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
