Ross L. Baxter

Ross Lever Baxter, 92, of Benton City, died Aug. 26 in Benton City.

He was born in Fresno, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 30 years.

He was a retired truck driver.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
