Rachel L. Fleshman

Rachel L. Fleshman, 34, of Richland, died Aug. 24 in Kennewick.

She was born in Fort Sill, Okla., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1994.

She was a technical specialist at Energy Northwest.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
