Willis J. Scott

Willis Joseph Scott, 79, of Kennewick, died Aug. 12 at Ruan’s Gardens in Kennewick.

He was born in Sparta, Monroe County, Wis., and lived in the Tri-City area for 52 years.

He was a retired custodian for the Finley School District.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
