Charles C. ‘Tim’ Lacy

Charles Cecil “Tim” Lacy, 82, died Aug. 10 at home in Richland.

He was born in Denison, Texas, and was a longtime resident of the Tri-City area.

He was a retired civil engineer.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
